Hi, I'm Cindi — therapist, late bloomer, and fellow figurer-outer.
I'm a licensed therapist with 13+ years of experience, and I specialize in ADHD, Autism, trauma, and LGBTQIA+ affirming care.
I'm also AuDHD and a lesbian — diagnosed and out as an adult. I know what it feels like to finally have language for who you are, and I know how much it changes everything.
I built this practice because I couldn't find the support I needed for my own family. Now I'm here to be that support for yours.
